TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, BY MESSRS. MALDEN,
At the Sun Inn, Hitchin, on TUESDAY, the 4th day of February, 1834, at Three o'clock, in one Lot;
COMPRISING a substantial Brick-built DWELLING-HOUSE, with Bake-house and Oven attached, Stable, Cow-house, Cart-shed, and other Outbuildings, together with about THREE ACRES of valuable GARDEN LAND, and a nearly new Timber-built and Boarded-tower WINDMILL, driving two pair of Stones, with the necessary Gear and Tackle, now in full trade in the village of Langford aforesaid, and in the tenure of Mr. John Phipps, at the rent of £40 per annum.
