Google Earth is a downloaded program from Google, that provides a viewer onto a 3d globe, showing
aerial and satellite images of the places.
Whilst the definition of the images is only sometimes sufficient to show up individual windmills (or wind turbines for that matter)
they can be found, and I'm working on providing a list of places where you can see them.
In the meantime, check out this 3d model of
Tehachapi wind farm, which for some reason
seems to have acquired a wooden built traditional windmill in the middle of the turbines!
