Images of horizontal windmills 🌍

There is an interesting photoset of horizontal windmills just appeared on Flickr. Like many such photosets here, the emphasis is on the photos, and there is very little information actually about what is shown. Frankly, I don't believe that these images were "taken" today as claimed - perhaps they were created today, but the images appear to be quite old. The last image is of a Unicef report from 1976 - perhaps all the images come from this report?
