Unwin's Cotton Mill:

This castellated cotton factory had 3 sources of energy used at once - water, wind, and steam. The windmill was installed on the roof of the factory, and like the later steam engine was used to pump water back to the reservoir so that it could power the waterwheel. (Since you have a working power train from the waterwheel to the rest of the factory, it makes sense to retain that power train, even if you add other sources to help ensure the water supply keeps up.)

Some of the external walls of the factory remain, incorporated into later developments on the site.
