To MILLERS and BAKERS.
To be SOLD by AUCTION, By Mr. JAMES WOODWARD,
At the King's Arms Inn at Little Weldon, on Monday the 11th day of February, 1856, at Six o'clock in the Evening, subject to such conditions of sale as shall be then produced,
HE following valuable PROPERTY:-
Lot 1. All that excellent Post Corn Windmill, with the Stones, Sails, Machinery, and Tackle thereto belonging, and also all that Close, Piece, or Parcel of Land or Ground, containing 2A. 0R. 10P. (be the same more or less), situate and being in LITTLE WELDON, in the county of Northampton, upon part of which the said Mill was erected by the late Mr. J. P. Hinckley, as the same is now in the occupation of Mr. William Hinckley. Quit-rent 4d.
Lot 2. All that commodious Messuage or Dwelling-house, together with an excellent Barn, Out-buildings, Yard, Garden, and Premises, situate in Little Weldon aforesaid, now in the occupation of the said William Hinckley; and also all that Cottage or Tenement near or adjoining, with the Out buildings, Yard, and Garden thereto belonging, as the same are now in the occupation of Thomas Atkins. Quit-rent 8d.
Lot 3. All those 2 Cottages or Tenements, with the Out-buildings, Yards, Gardens, and Appurtenances thereto belonging, situate in Little Weldon aforesaid, now in the occupation of - Bull and - Burdett. Quit-rent 7d.
