To be SOLD by AUCTION,
THE several under-mentioned Lots of Ground and Premises, in Curry Rivel, in the county of Somerset, having an undoubted right of common in the fertile and extensive commons of West-Moor, Week-Moor, West Sedgemoor, the forest of Neroch, and many other extensive commons adjoining.
Lot 1. A good substantial Dwelling-house, with a garden and orchard, (about two acres and half) and a close adjoining, containing in the whole fix acres and half.
Lot 2. A Close of Land called Pierce's Close, four acres.
Lot 3. A Close of Pasture called Cross Close, two acres.
Lot 4. A Close of Pasture, or Arable, called Wholson's Way, four acres and half.
Lot 5: In Vowland's Common Field, three acres and half.
Lot 6. A Close of Arable, but very easily to be converted to excellent Pasture, called Middle Turland Close, fix acres,
Lot 7. Curry Meadow, in one piece, two acres.
Lot 8. A Close, adjoining the village of Curry, called Spedway, three acres and half.
Lot 9. A Close of Arable called Griddle Hill, five acres and half.
Lot 10. Curry Meadow, in several pieces, two acres and half.
Lot 11. An Overland Tenement called Southfields, containing about thirty acres of excellent meadow, pasture, and arable land, all within a fence.
Lot 12. The Windmill on Week-Hill, lately and the best constructed of any in the county; the ground work is of stone, and contains sufficient room for a small family to dwell in; with a new-built stable, and a close of pasture called Week-Hill Close, five acres and upwards, adjoining.
The above premises are partly fee-simple, and the residue held for 500 years: And for sale thereof a survey will be Held at the Bell Inn, in Curry Rivel aforesaid, on Wednesday the 12th day of February next, at Three o'clock in the afternoon, unless the whole should be in the mean time disposed of by private contract, of which due notice shall be given.
